A New Zealand delegation to Vietnam led by Minister for Economic Development and Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment Steven Joyce continued its visit on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries by joining a press forum to discuss activities the group took part in in HCMC.
The delegation visited top universities in the city and held talks with students and parents of the schools. A memorandum of understanding was also signed between the 2 countries’ education ministries on educational cooperation, especially in human resources training and graduate programs. New Zealand shares its wish to welcome more Vietnamese students in the future.
