The central highlands is facing many difficulties due to climate change, and water for irrigation has been getting scarce. A new model that uses a drip irrigation system was recently applied and has become a great help to farmers here.
Even though the model is effective, it has not been widely used. Only 0,05% of over 200,000 ha of coffee in the Central Highlands use this method.
