AS part of the plan a centre will be built to deal with administration, social affairs, the economy, sports, health, education, industry, commerce and services on the island district. Ly Son will also become a strategic position for national defense and security.
Ly Son fishermen will be given financial support to build high-capacity vessels for offshore fishing through loans with preferential rates under decree 67.
