Most deputies agreed that the draft should cover a wide range of the most concerning issues, for example land clearance and transportation. This is still limited by state agencies and can only meet part of public needs.
To ensure the law’s feasibility, the rights and implementation of access to information and the people in charge of providing that information need to be clarified.
Some delegates also proposed a limit to some information that is classified as national secrets.
