At his reception in Vientiane on August 29 for Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission, the Lao leader said he hopes the two agencies will continue boosting ties through sharing information and experience in Party and political system building and personnel training.
He briefed the guest on his country’s development and the Laos-Vietnam relations in recent, while saying that Chinh’s visit vividly reflects special solidarity between the two nations.
For his part, Chinh, who led a high-level delegation of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission to visit Laos from August 28-September 1, informed the host about results of cooperation between the two commissions as well as the talks between their delegations.
He expressed his joy at the recent fruitful and practical development of Vietnam-Laos traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation in all fields, with considerable contributions from the two commissions.
The two agencies will continues closely working and enhancing experience sharing in the coming time, Chinh affirmed.
He congratulated Laos on its achievements over the 30-years reform, expressing his belief that under the leadership of the LPRP, the Lao people will obtain greater achievements in the country’s reform process and successfully implement the 10th Party Congress’s Resolution.

Earlier, Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith received Chinh and his entourages, during which the guest affirmed that the two Organisation Commissions will enhance coordination to implement some breakthroughs, especially in personnel training and apparatus building, towards making the bilateral ties more practical and effective. The Lao PM highlighted the significance of Chinh’s visit, saying that it contributes to deepening friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries. During the talks between the two Commissions’ delegations on August 29, the two sides discussed measures to boost their cooperation in the time ahead. An agreement on cooperation between the two commissions for 2016-2020 was signed at the end of the talks by head of the Lao Organisation Commission Chansy Phosikham and head of the Vietnamese Organisation Commission Pham Minh Chinh. The same day, the Vietnamese delegation had a working session with a delegation of the LPRP Central Committee’s Inspection Commission. They also shared experience on continuing to renew the leadership of the Party over the inspection commission and government inspectorate.
