At the meeting, the Cambodian guest congratulated the Vietnamese State President on his election and expressed the hope that he will, together with the Party and the State, further ties between the two nations.
Deputy Prime Minister Samdec Sar Kheng also urged more cooperation between Cambodian’s Ministry of Home Affairs and the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security. For his part, State President Tran Dai Quang hailed the effective cooperation of the two countries in public security ministries.
He also pledged to continue to work with Cambodian leaders to foster the ties between Vietnam and Cambodia in all aspects, contributing to the peace and stability of the two countries and the world.
