President Truong Tan Sang has sent a message of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the deadly crash of a Russian passenger plane.
The Airbus A-321, operated by Russian airline Kogalymavia, crashed early on October 31 after it took off from Egypt's Red Sea Resort Sharm el-Sheikh, heading for Russia’s Saint Petersburg.
It had 217 Russian passengers including 17 children, and seven crew members onboard.
No survivors have been reported.
