Concerning meeting regulations of the legislature, delegates agreed that it is necessary to continue improving the quality of National Assembly sessions and the effectiveness of the legislature’s decisions.
Most of the delegates agreed that the National Assembly’s Chairman should be allowed to decide if citizens could attend National Assembly sessions. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung asked agencies to complete the draft laws to be submitted to the meeting of full-time deputies, scheduled for August 24.
