Various cultural activities including street art performances, Nghia Lo food street and community-based tourism activities will dazzle attendees from all over the country.
A paragliding festival will be held from September 23-24 at Mu Cang Chai District's Khau Pha mountain pass, one of the highest mountain passes in Vietnam at more than 1,200 metres above sea level. The event will feature a show by foreign and local paragliders.
