The World Bank finally approved a financial plan for an urban development project worth 119 million USD yesterday, which will provide extra funding for water treatment and management in Vietnamese metropolises. The money arrived as a result of the recent hike in the USD’s value and as support for the Ministry of Construction’s new water treatment project in the Mekong Delta Region. Over 450,000 workers and 300,000 urban citizens will benefit from this funding.
