The documentary depicted the long and thorny road in which Vietnamese ethnic minorities children go to school. It’s a rough 28 km road crossing jungle and streams that the children have to walk over to reach school.
The documentary inspired admiration and sympathy among the audience.
Besides Way to school, other VTV entries were qualified to the finals including I’m beautiful and you too and Runaway bride.
