The signing of the above agreement is an important step in expanding the reach of the national digital television platform VTVgo to users through Samsung's smart TVs.
According to the agreement, Samsung Vietnam will pre-install the VTVgo application on new TV models from 2020 to 2024. In 2025, the company plans to add a hard button for the application to its remote control, giving Vietnamese consumers direct access to the program on Samsung TVs. With these favorable conditions, users will be able to quickly and easily access and experience TV content on Samsung TVs.
VTVgo is an online TV viewing application developed by Vietnam Television that currently serves 10 million regular monthly users across all device platforms with rich on-demand TV content.
