As a new program produced by the Center for Digital Content Production and Development, VTV - Footprints of the Globe offers viewers a rare opportunity to meet and hear from Vietnam Television (VTV) correspondents worldwide. It is an extraordinary occasion for representatives from 11 international bureaus to gather at VTV’s studio.
Among them is journalist Le Hong Quang (Europe), a familiar and beloved face to many viewers. With over 13 years of reporting from Europe, he is renowned for his professionalism and discipline. Another notable correspondent is Le Tuyen (United States), who has been reporting from New York for 11 years. Le Tuyen is highly regarded by Vietnamese financial experts for his dynamic and insightful coverage of Wall Street and the pulse of the U.S. economy.
Over the past year, VTV’s correspondents have traveled the globe, reporting from the midst of natural disasters and crises. Regardless of the circumstances, they remain ready to deliver timely, up-to--the-minute news to Vietnamese viewers. Quang Hung, based in Japan, works in a region that is frequently hit by earthquakes and tsunamis. Anh Phuong, based in the Middle East, shares stories from his time covering the devastating earthquake in Turkey. Nhat Linh, reporting from Russia, has experienced three years of living and working in the midst of war. The program will reveal l the behind-the-scenes stories of these correspondents—accounts that have never before been shared.
Recently, the production team taped VTV - Footprints of the Globe. VTV Times has shared the first glimpses from the studio, capturing this special reunion of correspondents.
The program is hosted by two editors Son Lam and Phi Linh.
