On the afternoon of September 2, recalling the historic moment 80 years earlier when President Ho Chi Minh solemnly read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square, a significant event took place at the Vietnam Television’s exhibition space at the National Achievements Exhibition. The ceremony drew the participation of hundreds of visitors.

Wearing the vibrant colors of the national flag, visitors and VTV staff came together for a dignified flag-raising ceremony, singing The Marching Song with pride and conviction.
Decades have passed, yet those melodies continue to resonate in the heart of the nation. Many visitors told VTV how proud they felt to be able to sing the anthem once again at such a meaningful moment and in such an exceptional setting.
