The organizers, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and the Vietnam Youth Federation, announced at a press conference in Hanoi on Monday. The forum will gather more than 200 young Vietnamese intellectuals residing in 21 countries and working in 52 different fields. The forum aims to raise initiatives and new ideas from those young intellectuals to contribute to the country's innovative startup and development.
Within the forum, a discussion between government leaders and young intellectuals will also take place, focusing on technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in environmental protection and climate change response, and promoting innovation in production.
