The event aims to mark the 20th anniversary of the normalization of relations between the United States and Vietnam. The six Vietnamese films to be screened are 'Blind Knight, 'Thang Long Aspiration', 'The Children of the Village', 'Scandal', 'Scandal 2', and 'Jackpot'. The film week will also include a series of cultural activities, such as an exhibition and a workshop on filmmaking in Vietnam, and a festival featuring traditional Vietnamese dress Ao dai.
