In order to reach this number of visitors, the tourism industry needs to invest in upgrading the tourist infrastructure, from transportation to accommodation and services. This was the topic that was discussed at Travel and Tourism Summit 2018 which recently head in Hanoi.
At the travel forum, there were five investment deals worth about 2 billion USD in the tourism sector. The Novaland Real Estate Group has signed two agreements with international investors to develop hotels, resorts and golf courses. Their goal is to double the number of visitors coming for golf tourism next year.
