This was proposed by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc at the Investment Promotion Conference in Lang Son province, held this morning.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc affirmed that the Government would join forces with Lang Son and other border provinces to develop this strategy.
