Vietnam’s Sea and Islands Week kicks off in Quang Ninh

The theme of the sea and island week this year emphasises environmental awareness and the role of the people in protecting the ocean. Many activities will take place on Cô Tô Island. 500 students from all over the country will participate in many activities, including cleaning the shore, meeting and giving gifts and national flags to fishermen, and visiting and encouraging soldier’s families.
