Delegates at the event on Tuesday focused on proposals and recommendations for Vietnam in improving its legal system. The amended legislation will need to conform with international law and the commitments Vietnam has made in the TPP and other new generation free trade agreements. Further discussions, including with international organisations are required before the draft is presented to the NA.
