The forum is a bridge connecting 60 Polish businesses and 120 Vietnamese businesses, bringing more opportunities for economic and trade co-operation. Polish President Andrzej Duda described the forum as one of the most important events of his on-going visit to Vietnam. Vietnam is one of the most dynamic economies in ASEAN, as well as in Asia. It has been selected as one of Poland’s five most promising investment and business markets for the future.
Vietnam’s Minister of Information and Communications Truong Minh Tuan said Poland was considered an important partner of Vietnam in the EU. The Vietnamese government hopes that the local business community will have more investment opportunities in fields of electronic components, information technology, and agricultural products. It called on Polish businesses to invest in Vietnam, delivering practical benefits for themselves and helping to consolidate sound co-operation relations between the two countries./.
