At the meetings, the party leader thanked JICA and Keidanren’s valuable support for Vietnam over the past decades and their important role in promoting economic, trade and investment ties between the two countries.
Keidanren Vice President Hitoshi Ogita said that Japan had injected US$37.3 billion into Vietnam and was on the way to becoming the country’s fourth largest trading partner. While the Japan Business Federation President said his organisation would continue its active participation in dialogue and policy consultation to help improve Vietnam’s investment environment and provide human resource training for the country
