The group's Landmark 81 building and Vinhomes Central Park were honoured as the best residential high-rise development in the Asia Pacific and the best mixed-use development in the Asia Pacific respectively. This is the first time a Vietnamese high-rise construction has been listed as the best of its kind worldwide. The International Property Awards are recognised worldwide.
