He made the comments at a conference on the availability of open data and electronic government in Vietnam, held on Tuesday in Hanoi.
The Government Office will co-ordinate with Ministry of Information and Communication to soon develop software to deal with complaints and denunciations; submit to the prime minister the implementation of the national data centre, especially the population data.
The Government Office's chairman also said that in the coming time, ministries and localities will process tasks on software to enhance their responsibility and guarantee transparency.
