This was announced at an industry meeting in Hanoi on January 15. This decision has come after the MoIT's commitment to eliminate business conditions, made in September 2017.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc noted that he appreciated the MoIT's efforts in cutting 55.3% of the total number of business conditions under the MoIT's management, in a bid to improve Vietnam's business environment.
Previously, the Government required Ministries to cut over 50% of the current number of business conditions.
