The two sides decided to focus on the southern regions of Hanoi while seeking solutions to provide favourable conditions regarding infrastructure, technology, labor and finance for Kawasaki enterprises. Vietnamese and Japanese businesses aim to serve both domestic and international markets. This event is expected to turn Vietnam's industrialisation strategy into a reality as part of the Vietnam-Japan co-operation framework.
