This agreement was recently approved by Vietnamese Public Security Minister General Tran Dai Quang and Belarus State Security Committee Chairman Valery Vakulchik on Friday in Minsk. The two sides also agreed to strengthen exchange visits at all levels, and share experiences in the field of national security, especially in the prevention of organized crime, transnational crime, and terrorism using high technology. They also agreed to promote cooperation in training specialized staff to fight against national security violations and economic crimes.
Also during his official visit to Belarus, General Quang met with Belarus Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov. The Prime Minister affirmed that Belarus will create favorable conditions for future cooperation between law enforcement agencies in Belarus and Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security.
