Vietnam Airlines has co-operated with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Information and Communication, Viettel and FPT in order to reclaim control over and restart the attacked software and reviewed other parts of the airline's IT system. The cyber-attacks had no lasting impact on on Vietnam Airlines' flight safety and business. Vietnam Airlines is temporarily halting online services of its promotional programmes.
