US President cancels meeting with North Korea

“I feel it is inappropriate, at this time, to have this long-planned meeting,” Trump wrote in a letter to Kim that released by the White House on Thursday.

“Therefore, please let this letter to serve to represent that the Singapore summit, for the good of both parties, but to the detriment of the world, will not take place. North Korea and the U.S. have been working for weeks to set up what would have been a historic meeting of the two leaders in Singapore on June 12”.
