Update on typhoon Mujigae's movement

The storm's eye was spotted 160km South East of Hainan Island at 10 AM Vietnam time. The typhoon is expected to travel at a speed of 10-15km per hour and will weaken into a tropical depression as it makes landfall in Thanh Hoa. The coastline between parallels 16.5 and 20 is expected to experience strong waves and heavy winds. Quang Binh and Quang Ngai are forecasted to experience rains tonight. Thanh Hoa and Thua Thien Hue will face heavy showers, with total estimated rainfall of 100-250mm.
