The fine for incorrectly declaring tax was 450,000 USD and 220,000 for late payment.
As of December 2017, Uber paid only 13.3 billion (nearly 600,000 USD) and thus filed a lawsuit. The incident fell into a deadlock during tax collection. Uber BV has filed two lawsuits against the tax collection decision as well as its obligations following its selling of market shares in Southeast Asia to Grab back in April this year.
