At 1pm Sunday, Hanoi time, the eye of the typhoon was located in the central coast of the Philippines, at category 15-16. In 24 hours, it is anticipated to move westward. On 1pm Monday, storm's center at category 12-13 would be located in central Philippines. In the next 24 to 48 hours, the typhoon will continue to travel westward. On 1pm on Tuesday, the storm will be about 430km northeast off Song Tu Tay Island of the Spratly Archipelago.
It is predicted that Nock-ten would possibly enter the East Sea from Monday's evening. Rough seas are predicted with winds speed level of over 8.
