Despite the frequent references to Khmer food in travel and exploration shows, there hasn't been a cohesive narrative that allows viewers to understand the origins of the cuisine or the backstories of each mouthwatering dish. "Through the Southern Khmer Cuisine" aims to provide a clearer picture of it.
The documentary promises to be an easy-to-watch, in-depth, colorful and fascinating series of programs that exude the delicious and the strange.
