Travel firm to be punished for false information

Da Nang Department of tourism has asked authorities to punish the Jeep Tour company, who has advertised Vietnamese seas with false information.

Their advertisements, including leaflets and websites note one of Vietnam’s Seas as China Beach. The leaflets have been seized, but the website is registered on a foreign host, making it difficult for Vietnamese authorities to shut down.
