The sector is expected to have great potential as Vietnam joins the ASEAN Community and signs several free trade agreements. Based on the forecast, shrimp and tuna export turnover will be 3.3 billion USD and 507 million USD, respectively. From the beginning of this year to March 15th, the figure had reached nearly 1.16 billion USD, an increase of 9.43% compared with the same period in 2015.
