Hundreds of flower arrangements from all over Vietnam were collected at the orchid festival held Sunday morning at the orchid island in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.
The pots of orchids are decorated in unique ways to make a vivid tropical orchid forest. This is a favourite location for taking photos for tourists at the event. The organisers say the event this year has been successful after attracting over 550 artisans from twenty provinces and cities. Over 200 orchid pots were reviewed and 52 "best pots" were awarded to orchid artisans from Lam Dong, Da Lat, Kon Tum, and Khanh Hoa.
