The event aimed to promote the use of technology in cultivation methods. Many of the participants at the conference expressed their support for organic cultivation models that are space, light and water-efficient. Technology has become increasingly significant in modern-day cultivation. The six main Vietnamese agricultural products of rice, coffee, peanuts, pepper, vegetables and cassava achieved total export value of 1 million USD in 2014.
