Teacher sets new record for bag collection made from instant noodle packages

VTV.vn - Le Quoc Toan, an art teacher from Soc Trang province, loves art and creativity. This teacher has found a unique and meaningful way of protecting the environment.

Capital is the biggest challenge for his project. Toan expects that one day his products will go further to spread the spirit of environmental protection and to create more jobs for local people.
