This is a car wash shop in Hanoi. To wash one car, they have to pump 1m3 of water. For a month, the shop uses thousands of m3 of water. The waste water is discharged directly into the environment and can't be recycled.
Currently, the Department of Water Resources Management under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is developing mechanisms to promote the effective and sustainable use of water resources.
