VTV.vn - Floods in the north-central coast of Vietnam have lasted several days, isolating a number of areas in the region.

More than ever, those affected are in dire need of support from the community to stabilize their lives. People in the North Central Region are struggling to cope with the floods. This situation requires the intervention of government agencies as well as the help of the community.
