Central provinces, especially in the South Central region, have suffered from severe drought in recent years. In order to solve this problem, a new idea was born. It is a subterranean water reservoir. The idea of building an underwater reservoir is being further refined. The project is expected to be implemented in the future in some South Central river basins.
