Student Challenge gathers Vietnamese students in the UK

Student Challenge, a programme inspired by Vietnam Television’s Ring the Golden Bell gameshow, was organised by the Vietnamese students community in the UK to strengthen bonds among overseas Vietnamese youngsters in the UK and Northern Ireland.

100 contestants who are studying and working in the UK are divided into 25 teams to compete in various fields of expertise.

The event was first held in 2015 by Vietsoc City, with support from The Vietnamese Student Association in the UK (SVUK) and Vietnamese Professionals in the UK (Vietpro) to provide a playground of knowledge for 12,000 Vietnamese students in the UK and Northern Ireland.

The event was also held to celebrate the 86th founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
