Incheon International Airport (Seoul, South Korea) ranked number 2, followed by Tokyo International Airport (Haneda).
Skytrax says its chair was determined by 13.37 million questionaires, covering more than 550 airports around the world, and with 39 criteria covering check in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration through to departure at the gate.
