Food trucks appear in different locations and different squares to serve all kinds of food including Vietnamese street food. In Belgium, fries have been sold on trucks for decades. It wasn't until recently that Belgium has had the opportunity to host street food festivals like this. Now a variety of cuisines from all over the world are coming in.
