Storm Usagi causes severe damage in Southern provinces

VTV.vn - Despite being downgraded to a tropical depression, Storm Usagi still brought torrential rains to south-central and south-east provinces last weekend, dealing heavy damage to these provinces.

The storm also affected agricultural areas where grapes and apples are being grown for Tet holiday in Thuan Bac, Ninh Hai, Ninh Phuoc districts, and Phan Rang-Thap Cham city.
