After sustaining heavy damages from Storm Damrey, Vietnam's fishing villages have seen an influx of charities that have come to help victims, but even before they've arrived, the locals have already started helping each other. Even though the storm has devastated the village, it has helped bring out the kindness and warmth of the people here.
