The Deputy Prime Minister said that delegates would review the outcomes of the national target programs ahead of the year-end review, which is to be submitted to the National Assembly. The rate of poor households is only 4%, which means they have reached their target.
However, to achieve sustainable results, the Deputy Prime Minister urged ministries and industries to take prompt measures to disburse capital for public investment projects. Regarding the national target program on new rural areas building, Dong Nai, Nam Dinh, Binh Duong provinces and Da Nang were the first localities to have all their communes classified as new rural areas.
