State President Sang thanked the Lao official for creating favourable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to invest in the country. The state president said that as party congresses at all levels are set to take place in the two nations, both countries should share experiences.
The Lao Minister to the President’s Office extended his sympathies over the loss to lives and property caused by torrential rains and floods in Vietnam’s northern regions. He hoped that the Vietnamese State President’s Office would help its counter-part in website development and share experience in highlighting its activities.
