Representatives of state capital will work with the SCIC in completing dossiers and conduct the transfer of representative rights. SCIC will co-operate with ministries, ministerial bodies and localities to implement the transfer within 60 working days, since state-owned enterprises are granted business registration certificate after equitisation. The Ministry of Finance will study and collect opinions and draft proposals for the government within the next fortnight.
