12 young businesspeople from 12 member nations of the ASEAN+3 were awarded titles for their sustainable development work. The award is aimed at recognising and encouraging young businesspeople to strive for sustainable development, and engage with the community.
To be considered for the award, the young entrepreneurs have to be founders or co-founders of business start-ups preferably in the field of education, health care, and social services.
The ASEAN+3 Young Entrepreneurs Forum is held by the National Committee on Youth of Vietnam in collaboration with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Federation.
The event runs from December 11 to 14, with the participation of 65 young entrepreneurs, young leaders, and officials from the ASEAN+3 cooperation mechanism.
